Merthyr Rock Festival Preview // Futures Interview
Merthry Rock, the UK's new 3 day alt/rock festival in the heart of Wales is back for its second year.This boutique festival brings together a mix of indie and rock bands, both home-grown talent and from further afield. FUTURES are set to play the festival on the Friday night and we caught up with the four piece to chat to them more about the event, the new record and all their festival "do's and don't's"!

FUTURES // Interview & Live Review
Having just finished up on the Karma
Tour Futures have had a busy year thus far. After leaving their deal with Mercury
behind the four-piece went it alone, launching self built record label Indigo
and releasing their debut album shortly after.
Est.1987 headed down to Manchester’s
Sound Control as Futures headlined the “A Declaration All Dayer”. We chatted to
the guys about the new record, making the right decisions and having a Bon Jovi moment!

Don Broco // "Priorities" Album Review
“Priorites”, the lead single from Don
Broco’s first full length offering, certainly moulded the band’s reputation for
writing songs with unforgettable choruses and infectious hooks, perfectly creating
the anticipation for the eponymously titled album.
“Priorities”, the album
which is released tomorrow, will enter the public arena with high expectations

Leeds Festival Preview // Ceremony Interview

Est.1987 caught up with Bournemouth
pop-punkers Amy Can Flyy earlier this summer. The boys had been away working
hard on a new EP, “The Start”, and prepping to go out on the road. Well, the
tour came around pretty soon and the boys have been out with That Sunday

22 // Interview & Debut Album "Flux" Released Today...
Born from the ashes of Norweigan Grammy Award winning band Gåte, 22 is the new creative endeavour and brainchild of guitarist Magnus Børmark. After two highly successful E.Ps the group now release their long awaited debut album "Flux".
Released today "Flux" is as captivating, experimental and as appealing as its predecessors.

Leeds Festival Preview // Bastille Interview
Up next in our Leeds and Reading Festival preview series we have Bastille. Having already tipped them for the top in our "Future Talent" section, Est.1987 headed down to Sheffield in April to catch up with main man Dan Smith.
