Bastille - a four piece from South London who's melodies will captivate the soul and leave you wanting more.
What started as Dan Smith working on a solo project soon grew as he recruited another three members which make up the Bastille that we see today.
That said, It was a clever move and has seen the band go from strength to strength already this year.
Bastille's 'electro percussion- meets vocal melodies' approach makes for a full, rich sound that is mature yet natural.
From fragile vocals on "Flaws" to soaring beats on "Things We Lost In The Fire" Bastille will be the soundtrack to your year.
"Get Home"'s haunting vocals were also recently used in an episode of Hollyoaks.
